The first-year standout led the Tigers to an 8-1 win at ODAC member Washington and Lee University in game two of a doubleheader on March 30 in Lexington. The right-hander hurled his second consecutive complete-game pitching effort, scattering five hits and one run, earned, with four strikeouts and one walk over the 9.0 innings. He faced 32 batters and allowed just one extra-base hit, a double, while throwing 74 strikes among his 111 pitches in the contest.
Tiller has made seven appearances this season, all starts, with two complete games. He has posted a perfect 4-0 record on the mound with an impressive 1.67 ERA through 43.0 innings with 35 strikeouts (7.33) and nine walks. Tiller has limited the opposition to a .193 batting average in 150 at bats, yielding just five extra-base hits (all doubles).
