2019 senior players are also welcome at the Elite Camp as we can help prepare your skills for college.

  • Early bird for individuals
  • All goalkeepers will be discounted $100 - if your son receives a goalie discount, we require that he play in goal, not multiple positions

What makes our camp unique is that we:

  • Specialize in small group clinic/instruction in shooting technique, goalkeeper play, and defense/long pole technique

  • Instructors teach leadership and sportsmanship

Meet the Camp Directors

Camp Director Jason Rostan - In his first season as H-SC's Head Coach in 2017, Rostan's Tigers won the ODAC Championship and advanced to the quarterfinals of the NCAA Tournament. He was voted the 2017 ODAC Coach of the Year and VA State Coach of the Year while the Tiger staff was selected as the South Region Coaches of the Year. As a former Tiger, Rostan was a 2002 First-Team All-American and 2003 ODAC Player of the Year. He was a supplemental draft pick of Major League Lacrosse's Denver Outlaws and Los Angeles Riptide. Coach Rostan was inducted into the Hampden-Sydney Athletics Hall of Fame in 2015.

Ray Rostan - Former 32-year Head Coach at H-SC. Coach Rostan is a member of the U.S. Lacrosse Virginia and Richmond Chapters' Hall of Fame, as well as the Hampden-Sydney College Hall of Fame. Among NCAA head coaches in all divisions, Coach Rostan ranks eighth all-time in victories. He was the Defensive Coordinator for the 2002 USA World Championship Team and was selected the National Coach of the Year in 1989 and 1998. He played attack on the 1973 Cortland State National Championship team. In 2015, Rostan received the USILA's Frenchy Julien Service Award for outstanding service to the sport. In 2016, the ODAC established the Rostan Sportsmanship Award to be awarded annually to one student-athlete from each ODAC team.

Present College players and All-Americans and will also be coaching.
